Components such as spare wheel, sand plates, carriers for e-bikes (bicycles), motorbike or scooter are classic attachments that are arranged according to the possibilities. The aim is to work under the simplest handling and space-saving conditions. We work closely with our customers to implement all their motorhome / off-road vehicle requirements.
Once everything has been taken into account and implemented in the shell, a test build with test drive takes place. Subsequently, the corrosion protection is carried out by galvanising, powder coating and painting. The platform, which can be swivelled on request, is planked with aluminium or stainless steel.
The hydraulic unit is mounted in the adjacent storage space or underfloor storage compartment, or also underneath the box body between the longitudinal members so as not to lose valuable storage space. A more cost-effective winch solution can also be implemented on request.
The lift mast is mechanically double-secured so that it is slope-proof and suitable for off-road use and the hydraulic system is not unnecessarily stressed.
Supplements such as ramps, additional lighting, airline lashing rails with fittings and lashing straps round off the concept so that everything is available from a single source in accordance with load securing regulations.
